Use of Biological Enzymes for Biodiesel Production
The biodiesel (fatty acid methyl ester) and UCO produced by the company are processed from used cooking oil from the catering industry and food industry through pretreatment, refining, esterification, transesterification, distillation and other processes. As a new type of biomass energy, biodiesel has been widely used because it is environmentally friendly, recyclable, energy-saving and emission-reducing. As industrial raw materials, fatty acid methyl esters and UCO are used in plastics, rubber, paint coatings, oil chemicals, Building materials and other industries.
Techniques for Biodiesel Production
The company cooperates with Henan University of Technology, German ELR Company, German EVONIK Company, and Swiss KRAFTSTOFF Company in technical research and development, which improves the conversion rate of esters and reduces the sulfur content. We have mastered the techniques of anti-infection, anti-oxidation and lowering the cold-filtration point of biodiesel, and have applied and transferred for more than 10 patent technologies. The company has independently developed the technique of acid reduction in the esterification process and achieved a technological breakthrough, thereby accelerating the process of acid catalysis, reducing the cost of production and investment, as well as sulfur pollution.
